This online element is for students who are looking to upgrade their basic Permanent make-up and Tattoo training qualification to a Level 4 OCN equivalent.
Please note this is not a VTCT course this is accredited with OCN
Level 4 is a high qualification showing your further knowledge and education in the Permanent Make-up/Micropigmentation industry. This is a requirement for many councils and boroughs. We advise you contact your Local Authority to check if you are required to complete a Level 4 standard qualification.
